While this effect is active, whenever you dodge an attack, make a counterattack that deals 24 flat damage, plus 4 damage for each player level.

If there is at least 16 total red tile value on the board when this spell is cast, it keeps your turn.

Total damage of each counterattack is increased by 6% for each player level.
