Consume all current Soul Tithe. Each Soul Tithe consumed increases this spell's damage by 0.18 for each 1% of your missing HP and increases reflection by 5%.
If non-self-inflicted damage would reduce you to 0 HP while Last Mercy is active, you are reduced to 1 HP instead, Last Mercy disappears, and you heal 10 for each Soul Tithe consumed.
Total damage is increased by 6% for each player level.
Ends your turn.
