Gain Soul Ledger for 3 turns.

While active, the first time each real turn you restore HP, gain 1 Soul Tithe. The first time each real turn you deal direct damage, gain 1 Soul Tithe. You can store up to 3 Soul Tithe. Marg subclass spells consume Soul Tithe for additional effects. Stored Soul Tithe remains after Soul Ledger expires. Soul Ledger can grant at most 2 Soul Tithe per real turn, and passive damage does not grant it.
