red tile value, plus 2 damage per enemy level.
If the enemy is Bleeding, consume the effect and immediately deal its remaining total damage.
If not, apply Bleeding for 3 turns, losing 14 HP each turn plus 2 per player level.
If the enemy is Bloodbound, apply or refresh Silenced and Panicked for 1 turn.
Total damage is increased by 8% for each player level.
Turn depends on board resolution.
