A quick scavenger found wherever people leave warmth, grain, or refuse behind. Rats are rarely dangerous alone, yet their persistence makes them a constant nuisance in ruined or crowded places.

BeastsBeasts are usually the animals one might also meet in the real world, though some belong only to Dia's own fauna. Most are simple-minded compared with people and are often kept as domestic animals, mounts, or hunting companions.
