Cave Bear

An old bear grown huge in cold caves and root-dark dens. Its hide is scarred thick, its temper is short, and once it rises onto its hind legs the fight becomes a question of surviving the first maul.

BeastsBeasts are usually the animals one might also meet in the real world, though some belong only to Dia's own fauna. Most are simple-minded compared with people and are often kept as domestic animals, mounts, or hunting companions.
