If the enemy is Onyx Marked, apply Weakened for 2 turns, reducing enemy Attack by 4 for each point of destroyed 
green tile value, and Disarmed for 2 turns, reducing enemy Penetration by 4 for each point of destroyed 
skull tile value.
Debuffs from this spell replace or refresh instead of stacking.
Total damage is increased by 5% for each player level.
Turn depends on board resolution.
