While active, the first time each real turn you make a blue match, gain 1 Resonance. The first time each real turn you make a green match, gain 1 Resonance. You can store up to 3 Resonance, and stored Resonance remains after Harmonic Resonance expires. Bard subclass spells consume Resonance for additional effects. Harmonic Resonance can grant at most 2 Resonance per real turn.
